1. How much money can I save?
Around 50-60% of the costs in the UK! (See Price Comparison). Once we see your x-ray we will be able to give you a detailed quote on the costs of your treatment before you decide. No hidden costs!
2. Do doctors and assistants speak English at the clinic?
Our doctors and team speak several languages, including English and German.
3. Can I pay in British pounds or Euro?
Yes. We accept payments in both British pounds and Euro at ours clinic.
4. When do I have to pay my dentistry bill?
After the treatment, either in cash or by credit card.
5. Who else goes to a Dental Clinic and Spa?
Every year, several thousand German speaking clients, as well as hundreds of Italians, clients from the Middle East and Western Europeans come to the site of our main dental clinic in Piestany Spa for treatment.
6. What are your guarantee policies?
Our dental clinic gives a guarantee on the implants and the cosmetic dental works which is in line with or in some cases exceeds the international standards. In case of implant failure our dentist will place another implant at no additional cost to you. The Guarantee applies to your dental work as follows:
Implants 5 Years
Partial Dentures 3 Years
Full Dentures 1 Year
Bridges, crowns, inlays 5 years
The guarantee is only valid if our dentist completes the full work (places the crowns and / or bridges as well). Please note that the guarantee does not cover root canal treatments. The guarantee does not include traveling and accommodation costs.
The guarantee will be reduced or invalidated if:
- Oral hygiene is neglected Dentist's instructions are not followed
- Removable restoration such as partials dentures or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly
- The patient does not attend a dental practice for a check-ups at least once every 12 months The gum tissue or teeth bone is naturally declining
- Substantial amount of weight loss or gain occurs within a short period of time
- A general illness is present which has an unfavourable effects on the chewing organ (e.g. diabetes, epilepsy, osteoporosis, after-condition excessive X-rays or chemotherapy)
- Injury caused by accidents, sports or any third party
7. How long do I have to stay?
Usually for a week. Some treatments may require more time, in which case the client is recommended to stay for about 10 days. Such treatments are: fixed-detachable case and constructing the implants (including second operation and construction) but that is usually necessary only for the second treatment in our dental clinics.
8. What can I get done in a week?
The dentists can complete - if no complications occur - about 10-12 crowns and, additionally, a couple of fillings. It also depends on whether there is an inflammation in the mouth cavity and how the patient reacts to the treatment. You will get a treatment plan after the first consultation with the dentist. Note: In case a tooth is extracted but work still needs to be done, the second treatment will only be carried out after sufficient recovery time.
9. What kind of materials are used in your clinics?
We use the same materials that are used as in the UK or in Western Europe, from Germany, Austria, England, Switzerland, Japan and the USA.
10. Do I need any special insurance?
We recommend you seek the advice of an insurance agent regarding all travel risks.
