A few more questions…

• To take the online data that you have just sent us and compile a free dental treatment plan and quotation report usually requires an investment of 30 minutes of time by myself our my dental support team – my first question is do we have all the facts? Clearly your dental treatment plan and recommendations can only be based upon accurate data and so I’d like at this point to ask whether there are any further items of information about your situation that you have not shared with us? If so please use our dental contact form on the right and let us know.
• The second question relates to the preparation of the email – as stated a considerable amount of time is required and it’s unlikely that we are going to get back to you with a detailed report and recommendations in just a couple of hours, but certainly within a day or two – is that ok with you?
• Thirdly, we have had situations in the past where a prospective dental patient has taken the treatment plan and quotation that we’d invested out time into (and a lot of our experience and intellectual property) and has then told us that this report was given to another dentist abroad for the purposes of obtaining a second opinion or negotiating a discount. We feel that this is inappropriate behaviour when we have invested so much time and so we’d like to ask you now – should you find our treatment plan, quote and recommendations acceptable to you we would insist that you would have your dental treatment done with Dental Holiday – is that ok?
• Finally, our business grows primarily through word of mouth recommendation and so if you are happy with the level of customer service that we deliver to you and the technical quality of our dentistry we would be very grateful if you would agree to recommend our services to any family, friends or colleagues that you think could benefit from a visit to a dental practice abroad like ours – is that ok?
