Bi-Cuspids are the teeth adjacent to the cuspids. The typical mouth has eight bi-cuspids, upper left first bi-cuspid, upper right first bi-cuspid, lower left first bi-cuspid, lower right first bi-cuspid, upper left second bi-cuspid etc. Bi-cuspids have two cuspals, as opposed to cuspids, which only have one and molars, which have four.
