A bridge is a non-removable artificial extension that replaces a missing tooth or teeth. Adjacent teeth are shaped to allow the bridge to fit, and dental alignment within the patient’s mouth to be restored. Bridges can be made form porcelain, porcelain fused with metal or gold.
